Materials:
7 balls of elann.com Peruvian Cuzco (shown in 5420 Seashell Pink).
1 29 inch US 13/ 9mm circular needle.
Notions: tapestry needle, stitch markers, waste yarn.

Gauge:
8 stitches/16 rows = 4 inch over stockinette stitch.

Size:
One size fits most.

Finished Measurements:
17” (back length) x 58” long cuff to cuff.

Directions:
Cast on 28 st with waste yarn, work in ST st for 1/2 in and then switch to pattern yarn.
Work in St st for 52 1/2 in. On next k rnd, dec every st (k 2 tog) to 14 st.
On next p rnd, begin to work cuff in 2×2 rib (k2,p2) for 2 1/2 in. Bind off.
Return to other end and pick up 28 st, cut waste yarn and discard. On next k rnd, dec every st (K2tog) to 14 st. On next p rnd, k2×2 rib for 2 1/2 in. Bind off.

Finishing:
Seam arms to 16 to 20″ in length, depending on what is comfortable for the wearer.
Ruffle: Pick up 31 st along top edge of back opening, *Inc 1 st (kfb), k 5 * Rep to end of row. Continue ruffle in St st until ruffle measures 1 1/2 in. Bind off.
Band: Pick up 31 st along bottom edge of back opening. Work seed st (k1 p1 first row then p1 k1 next row) for 1 1/2 in. Bind off.
Sew loose edge of ruffle to edge of seed stitch band, rep on other side.
Weave in all loose ends and enjoy!
